Academic Code of Conduct

The Cornell University Academic Integrity Handbook is available at http://www.policy.cornell.edu/Code_of_Academic_Integrity.cfm.

The Handbook not only provides a statement of Cornell's Code of Academic Integrity, it also details the procedures to be followed in the case of suspected violations of the Code. It describes the due process issues that faculty must follow to deal with problems without trampling the rights of the students (and to avoid unintended consequences for themselves if the situation is handled inappropriately).
