Address Change

Non-student employees: To change the address that is printed on paychecks/direct deposit pay stubs, please visit Employee Essentials. Additionally, faculty and staff are asked to notify the Administrative Service Center of an address changes.

Student Employees: Please follow the steps below.

  1. Access the new Just the Facts/Student Center via www.uportal.cornell.edu Bear Access Tab;
  2. Go to Student Services on the right side of the screen;
  3. Click Just the Facts/Student Center;
  4. Under the Personal Information tab select Addresses from the drop-down menu;
  5. Click on the double-arrow (>>) button;
  6. Select Edit or ADD NEW ADDRESS;
  7. Enter new address and click OK;
  8. Address Cleanse Results page will display, verify address is correct, and click OK or Cancel to edit the address. (NOTE: when Cancel is selected you must select Edit Address link);
  9. Select Address Type to identify the address you entered (to update address your check is mailed to select Student Local box) NOTE: You can select an affective date for the address by clicking the calendar icon and selecting the desired date;
  10. Click SAVE;
  11. The Save Confirmation page will display and click OK;
  12. Your addresses page will now display the address information just entered, as well as your home address.
