Authorized Signatures

An Authorized Signature is requested on all Cornell University forms. Individuals with Authorized Signatures at the Johnson School are: The Dean, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Associate Dean for MBA Programs and Administration and the Director of the Administrative Services. The School's Director of the Administrative Service Center has limited transactional authority as well. Individual Managers or Principal Investigators are not able to provide Authorized Signatures.
