Consulting Project Agreement

Based on requests from faculty and students, and also Cornell’s desire to ensure that we minimize liability with projects, a Project Agreement template is available for your use at http://forum.johnson.cornell.edu/administrativeservicecenter/ConsultingProjectAgreementForm.doc. It is important that each project be covered by some kind of agreement that lays out scope, responsibilities, issues such as confidentiality expectations, etc. Clients may want to add/change some of the items. If that is the case, please consult with the Associate Dean, MBA Programs & Administration for assistance with changes based on your specific project. Upon receipt of sponsorship, please route a copy of the final agreement to the Associate Dean, MBA Programs & Administration.
