New Faculty and Staff Announcements
(Procedure for Announcing New Faculty and Staff, and Those Departing)

After numerous discussions and attempts to handle in several different ways, the procedure for announcing new hires will be as follows:

New faculty will be announced at the beginning of each new semester in the Friday Memo.

As new staff join the School, a brief announcement will be sent by the hiring supervisor or manager of the area, followed by a more formal announcement in the next Sage Voice.

Hiring Supervisors or Managers may, at their discretion, send out e-mails when a staff member is leaving.
