Payments to Students/Individuals: Prizes/Awards

Overview
The Johnson School enjoys recognizing individuals in our community with a variety of prizes and awards.

In order to efficiently process these payments, the Administrative Service Center requests that the departments, offices, staff or faculty members giving the award work with the award recipient(s) to complete the Johnson School Prizes and Awards Information Form. This form should then be routed to the ASC.

Additionally, please note that if the prize recipient is a Foreign National they may be required to complete Cornell University’s Foreign Nationals Questionaire. Upon review of the Prizes and Awards Form, the ASC can advise as to whether the Foreign Nationals Questionaire will be required.
