Smoking

Sage Hall is a smoke-free facility. The Northside Entrance/Exit on the First Floor (opposite Wee Stinky Glen) is the only area where one can smoke outside the building, leaving all other entrances and exits to and from Sage "smoke-free". In September of 2003, the University revised its Smoking Policy which can be found at http://www.policy.cornell.edu/vol2_3.cfm to be in compliance with local and state laws. It prohibits individuals from smoking or carrying lighted cigars, cigarettes, or pipes in an indoor facilities, enclosed bus stops and University-owned or controlled vehicles, as well as within twenty-five (25) feet of the entrance to any University-owned or controlled building.
