Temporary Service Agencies

Many payments to Temporary Service Agencies are being processed via voucher. However, you may pay these agencies with a Procurement Card. Below is a list of Temporary Service Agencies in Ithaca that accept Procurement Card payments. Each agency requires that each individual department set up an account prior to using a Procurement Card for payment.

Agencies Accepting Procurement Cards:

ManPower: Contact Shelly Beaumont or Dawn VanFleet at 272-7035.

Kelly Services: Call 277-2724. This Agency adds a 2% surcharge to your bill when paying via credit card.

TMS Staffing: Contact Karen Penski or Michelle Adams at (716) 688-1522 to set up an account. This Agency will be in a position to accept credit cards within the next few months. The Ithaca office can be reached at 272-5000.

The following Agencies do not currently accept Procurement Cards:

Information Systems Staffing, Inc: 257-3175

Stafkings Personnel Systems: 273-5335

Superior Technical Resources, Inc.: 273-1263. This agency specializes in placing highly qualified candidates in the fields of Information Technology, Administrative Support, and Engineering.

With these Agencies, you may wish to inquire about the possibility of using a Procurement Card in the future.
