Classrooms Code of Conduct
Classrooms are available for group study in the following priority order:
(1) Groups of Johnson School students or company interviewers who have reserved the Room, in advance, using js_room@cornell.edu;
(2) Groups of Johnson School students who have not made an advance reservation; and
(3) Other faculty and staff during weekday hours.
1. These facilities are not intended for single students' usage. Individuals are encouraged to study in the Library.
2. The School cannot be responsible for stolen items. You are encouraged NOT to leave any personal belongings in a classroom unattended.
3. No food is allowed at any time in the classrooms or adjoining corridors; beverages in covered containers are permissible in the classrooms.
4. For security purposes, classrooms will only be accessible by card access after 9:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday to registered Johnson School students with a valid Cornell ID.
5. Please keep the maximum number of hours you reserve a room at one time to six hours. Your classmates will appreciate it.
6. Students cannot reserve a classroom more than seven (7) days in advance.
Reservations take precedence over walk-ins.
