Name Tags

The Administrative Service Center orders name tags for all regular employees at the Department's expense. Name tags for temporary employees and student workers are not provided. If they are necessary, disposable name tags should be made by the Department or the Department may order the name tags directly from sales@badgeteam.com. Please include your name and address and indicate that the name tags are for the Johnson School so the appropriate logo will be used. For name tag lanyards, please contact the Registrar's Office.

If you prefer using a nickname or anything other than your formal name, please provide the Administrative Service Center with the information immediately. Wearing name tags at all Johnson School events is encouraged.

Name tags are ordered initially at the time of appointment. Replacement tags can be ordered, but orders are held until the Administrative Service Center has requests for five or more. Anything less than that is not cost effective. Students' name tags and replacements are ordered through the Registrar's Office.
