Network Ports
The School is fortunate to have network ports throughout the facility. If you come across a port that is not working, please report the problem to the Help Desk, 253 Sage Hall, X5-6300, or send an e-mail directly to HelpDesk@johnson.cornell.edu describing the location. Please report the deficient network port by the room and the number on the column between the seats closest to the port in question to help identify exactly what is in need of repair. The identification number is on the jack itself. Having specific information as to the location of the port will allow the problem to be remedied most quickly.
