How To Use The "Use of University Property Form" (UUP)

A Use of University Property (UUP) form must be filled out for the following events:

• Fundraisers;
• Any activity which involves the sale of an item;
• Any outdoor event;
• Any indoor event that takes place in a venue with a capacity of at least 200 people;
• Any event where alcoholic beverages are served; and
• Any event where food is served.

Please note, if your event/dinner starts at 6:00 p.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m., please allow for at least one hour for your caterers to set up and tear down (i.e. the times you should indicate are 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.). This also allows one hour for the custodians to freshen the area and the adjacent restrooms and clean up following the event.
