A School-wide adoption of a consistent set of values, as articulated below, was agreed upon in 2002-03. The following values are essential for individual and organizational success and are incorporated into the School's culture. Each department and individual will evaluate themselves against these values and hold one another accountable. Managers are encouraged to include a discussion with the employee regarding the values adopted by the Johnson School Community during the annual Performance Dialogue.
