Class of 2008 Gift

Class of 2008, please join your classmates in presenting a gift that represents our belief in the school’s mission and continued success of the Johnson School.  This year, we will leave our legacy through a gift to the school that is the dollar sum of all our individual financial gifts.  The goals of the campaign are to reach 100% participation and to raise $50,000 (before challenger match).

Individual gifts can be made in the following fashion:

Option 1. Gift in any amount to the Johnson School Annual Fund. 

A gift to the Johnson School Annual Fund is the gift with the most flexibility and value to the school. It satisfies the immediate needs of the school by allowing for money to be put to work where it is most needed.

Why should you direct your gift to the Johnson School Annual Fund? 

• Thanks to one of our alumnae, this year all gifts made to the Johnson School Annual Fund will be matched dollar for dollar up to $50,000!  She has challenged us to make our gifts using this option and in doing so we can raise over $100,000!!! 

• We can beat the class of 2007!  Last year, the class of 2007 did not meet the challenge and left nearly $15,000 on the table!  Together, by making your gift to the Johnson School Annual Fund we can meet the challenge.

• You will forever carry the Johnson School brand with you and what better way to help maintain and increase the strength of that brand than through your gift to the Johnson School Annual Fund.

Option 2. Gift to an area of the school of your choosing.

If you are more interested in knowing exactly where your dollars are going than the opportunity to have your dollars matched by our challenger, we still want you to participate in the gift campaign.  Above the importance of the total dollar amount is our participation goal of 100%.  You can opt to have your gift go to a specific area of the school.  For instance, perhaps you would like to ensure your gift goes toward scholarships, the Parker Center, or the Office for Diversity and Inclusion.  You can make that designation when you make gift. 

How to make a restricted gift:

1. On the gift giving page, in the “to support” field, change the selection to “JGSM Other”.

2. In the “other gift designation” field, input where you would like to designate your gift.
