To build bonds with our alumni, potential employers, and other Black MBA candidates in order to advance the recruitment of qualified Black students and faculty to the Johnson School, promote professional development of our members, and positively impact the greater community.

Benefits of Membership:
Given the size of the organization, members of the BGBA have the unique opportunity to initiate and execute key events in the Johnson School community, interact with corporations on an individual basis, and coordinate faculty, staff, alumni, and students in programs that shape our community. Members also have access to discounts to club events, participation in corporate events and alumni activities.

Dues:
$45 per year / $60 for 2 years
