Business problems faced by Tompkins County non-profit organizations are ideal engagements for the Community Consulting Group. Assignments could range from a broad strategic plan to a one-time financial analysis to a marketing study. An MBA can advise and provide recommendations on many different issues related to business - including finance, accounting, strategy, marketing, e-commerce, and systems integration.

The ideal postings contain detailed descriptions of projects or problems. If special "niche" experiences and expertise are desired, please provide a thorough description. This will ensure identification of those with experiences that most closely match your needs. Projects may last up to 3 months.
