The Kitchen Theatre Presents Strangerhorse

Strangerhorse explores such hot button topics as homophobia, racism, assimilation and trust through quick-fire dialogue and playwright Brian Dykstra’s signature edgy comedy. Why should I care about LGBT issues? How can I be a better ally? What questions do you have? ASK US!

In partnership with DAG, O4B will compile the questions, create a Q&A document for distribution, and host an in-person panel session. We look forward to engaging in respectful and candid discourse with you!

Details: The Cornell LGBT Resource Center took out a newspaper ad in the Cornell Sun to mark National Coming Out Day on October 11. Included in the ad were over 40 Out For Business allies from the Johnson School, who "....acknowledge the importance of speaking out against discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity, and publicly proclaim our support and affirmation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender members of our community." The Home Depot is focused on being a world leader and role model for inclusive behavior and leadership. They have created an Inclusion Council that meets regularly with the CEO and the senior leadership team to guide out policies and processes, as well as a minority supplier program to provide opportunities for companies to bid on products and services to support THD.

Ride for Life 2003
