Out for Business members are actively recruited by companies in all industries. An increasing number of firms specifically target O4B members as part of their diversity recruiting efforts.

Whether part of a larger diversity initiative, a co-sponsored event with other New York LGBT MBA organizations or an exclusive O4B event, we are eager to work with companies to plan recruiting activities.
